Great experience overall! I was having a hard time finding someone who would service the south suburbs. Julian and his team traveled over an hour everyday, to service us! Sometimes as early as 7am to get the job done! I am very detailed oriented and he picked up on it quickly and always responded positively to any concern I had over the 3 weeks of the job.

New deck extension- great results! We have recently added an extension to our existing deck and the results are fantastic. Julian Perez of South Atlanta carpentry built the deck in just a few days and we are delighted with it. After contacting three different decking companies, two of which quoted us over $20,000, and one who didn’t bother to quote, we found Julian. His team is professional , personable and the price was right! A special shout out to Chappy who designed and built my beautiful sunset railing.

Julian was amazing! I called him and asked him to come out and give us a quote on some structural work we thought we needed on our back deck. Turns out after he inspected the area, there was no need for the work to be done after all. Even though we didn’t use Julian`s services, his professional attitude towards his visit, was very refreshing, He took the the time to stay and explain to me why there was no need for it. If we actually did need work to be done, you better know I would be calling him again!! Thank you Julian for being such a decent, good human being!
