Turns out after he inspected the area, there was no need for the work to be done after all. Even though we didn’t use Julian`s services, his professional attitude towards his visit, was very refreshing, He took the the time to stay and explain to me why there was no need for it. Julian Perez of South Atlanta carpentry built the deck in just a few days and we are delighted with it. After contacting three different decking companies, two of which quoted us over $20,000, and one who didn’t bother to quote, we found Julian.
